On Time Performance

At Pacific Blue, we believe our Guests should arrive on time, every time – no exceptions.

One way we measure Guest satisfaction is by our On-Time Performance record.

We measure and report our On-Time Performance so you can make an informed decision about which airline best suits your needs.

We are the first airline in New Zealand to make our On-Time Performance public.

Pacific Blue on time performance chart

We measure the On-Time Performance of all Pacific Blue domestic flights. We make no exception for bad weather, air traffic control, delays from suppliers, unscheduled maintenance, consequences of previous delays or anything else for that matter - for us on-time means on-time... no exceptions.

All figures are based on pilot flight logs, and are internally audited and are displayed monthly at www.flypacificblue.com.  Furthermore we have requested that the NZ Government make on-time performance reporting mandatory for all airlines operating in NZ.
