If you wish to send a pet unaccompanied, please contact Virgin Blue or Pacific Blue Freight. Please note that unaccompanied pets are not accepted on domestic flights within New Zealand.
Please be aware that Broome, Canberra, Proserpine, and Rockhampton do not have Virgin Blue freight offices and therefore cannot accept UNACCOMPANIED outbound pets.
Pet transport from these locations can be organised through Dogtainers or Jet Pets.
